Requirements
Working at The Ashton Depot is as exclusive as the venue itself, offering a behind-the-scenes view into an industry that thrives on elegance, tradition, and high standards of service.
You must be referred by an employee, client or friend of The Ashton Depot to be considered.
Experience is preferred but not required, and you must be 17 years of age or older.
The Pay
Captain | $22+/hour
Butler | $19+/hour
Bartender | $19+/hour
Barback | $18/hour
Senior Server | $19+/hour
Server 3 | $18/hour
Server 2 | $17/hour
Server 1 | $16/hour

The Ashton Depot does not tell you when you work; You decide by reviewing the events and accepting shifts that work best for your schedule through an app.
The Interview
We will discuss a day in the life of working at The Ashton Depot. We will also discuss career paths and learn about your experience and goals. And we will provide you with a tour of the venue.
Orientation & Uniform
During your orientation, we will discuss, in detail, what we expect from you as well as what you can expect from us.
We will provide several pieces of your uniform, including:
