Our world-class Executive Chef, Cesar Gallegos, is known for his fresh ingredients (have you seen our garden?) and unique flavor pairings. There is not a cuisine he has not perfected, from Asian cultures to the Western lands, and everything in between!
The beauty of working with our Executive Chef is that he will make whatever your heart desires. You create the menu, we price it. And then our service team executes every detail — all at your venue of choice.
Of course you may always select a favorite from Chef’s custom menus. Unlike a restaurant or hotel, we are not beholden to standard menus. You decide on your menu; we purchase and prepare exactly that.
